The PRINTSHOP enables stores to handle the sale and charging of copying easily and efficiently from “behind the counter”. For any application where public access to a retail copier is required including Newsagents, Service Stations, Copy shops, Video Stores, Chemist shops, Post Offices and service centres. The modern low priced Copyguard PRINTSHOP is an alternative to a coin-box and does away with the need to supply change to customers.

This option allows a copy limit to be set by the counter staff before the copier is activated, therefore limiting copying by the customer to the pre-paid amount.
Pay On Completion Copying
Just like self-serve petrol sales the store counter staff have the option to turn the copier on from behind the counter and display the usage and cost information at the counter for charging the customer after they have finished their copying. On completion of the transaction the Copyguard reset button is pressed ready for the next customer.
Copy Costs
A copy cost may be programmed in the unit and copy costs as well as copy volume may be displayed on the unit at completion of copying.
User-friendly Keyboard
The PRINTSHOP provides counter staff with, simple to operate, numeric keyboard access control from “behind the counter”. The unit can disable the copier following a pre-settable period of inactivity while continuing to display the run usage information “behind the counter”. Copier activity may be reactivated for the customer by simply pressing the enter key should it be required.
