The CG250 is suitable for budgetary cost control and expense recovery in smaller single copier offices, schools and institutions where printed copy usage reports via the CG Print II printer are required.

Copy costs
A copy cost may be programmed into the unit and copy costs as well as copy volume may be reported.
Printed reports
Reports may be read from the screen or printed with the companion CG Print II printer. The CG 250 has two report options that allow the printing of either the complete list of codes or only those codes with a recorded count.
Open access
The CG250 may be set to operate in Auto-Entry mode for applications where code validation is not required.
Code lengths
Codes may be from 1 to 6 digits long.
Number of codes
The CG250 can handle up to 4400 codes.
Copy limits
A copy limit of any value between 1 and 9999 may be set for any code.
