The CG300 provides secure, easy operation. Just swipe the card and copy. At any time the user can see the number of copies already made and the number of copies allowed.
Security
If a card is lost the supervisor can remove it from the CG300’s memory, disallowing further access via this card. Any credit can be moved to another account.
Printed reports
Reports may be read from the screen or printed with the companion CG Print II printer. The CG CARD 300 has two report options that allow the printing of either the complete list of codes or only those codes with a recorded count.
Code lengths
Codes may be from 1 to 6 digits long.
Number of codes
The CG300 can handle up to 4400 codes.
Copy limits
A copy limit of any value between 1 and 9999 may be set for any code.
Copy costs
A copy cost may be programmed in the unit and copy costs as well as copy volume may be reported.
Keyboard entry
The CG300 can also be used as a keyboard controller if required.
Cards
Copyguard Cards are quality reusable plastic cards that are available from stock pre-encoded.
